AMSA provides campaign strategy, creator sourcing, campaign management, content coordination, reporting, and invoicing services as agreed for each specific campaign or retainer.
Submitting a Campaign Application or Request a Proposal does not guarantee campaign approval or specific creator availability. AMSA will follow up with a proposed plan based on your brief and budget.
Campaign costs, agency charges, and applicable VAT will be outlined in your invoice. Payment terms (including any advance payment requirements) will be specified on each invoice. Late payments may delay campaign delivery.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving campaign briefs and content in a timely manner. Delays in approval may affect campaign timelines.
AMSA will treat client campaign details, budgets, and brand materials as confidential and will not share them outside of the agreed campaign scope.
Cancellation of a confirmed campaign after creator briefing may still incur partial or full agency and creator costs already committed.
